- How to order
- Add each product you require to your PayPal shopping basket by clicking on the 'Add to basket' button beside each product. Your shopping basket can be viewed by clicking on any of the 'View basket' buttons. You can alter the quantities of products in your basket or delete products from your basket on the shopping basket web page. Once you have completed your shopping, simply follow PayPal's instructions in order to complete your payment.
- Postage
- Postage & packaging is calculated based on the value of your order as follows;

Postage costs will be calculated and added to the cost of your order as you progress through the PayPal checkout process.
- Payments
- Marmalade Ho does not hold credit or debit card details since card payments made to us are dealt with by PayPal. Customers do not require PayPal accounts in order to make payments through PayPal. PayPal accepts payments through all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron. Once you have successfully placed an order online, you should receive an email from PayPal confirming payment. You will also receive an email from us confirming your order.
- Delivery
- Once payment has been received your order will be processed within 7 working days, unless there is a problem or delay. If there is a problem or delay with your order, you will be notified via email.
All parcels within the UK are sent via First Class Recorded Delivery and must be signed for on delivery. If there is nobody home when the postman attempts delivery, you will receive a card from the carrier with instructions on how to collect it or arrange another delivery.

Marmalade Ho is not responsible for orders after shipping. Orders can be tracked by a special reference number, please email us to receive a reference number for your order if you are concerned.
- Overseas delivery
- Yes we ship internationally; there are two shipping options, Airmail and International Signed For.
- Airmail
- Items will be posted via Airmail, this is a cheaper option but it is not insured.
Marmalade Ho is not responsible for any loss, damage or delays.
- International Signed For delivery
- This is a safer delivery option, but must be signed for on delivery. This option costs £3.50 extra but means your order is insured against loss and damage. Orders can be traced by a special reference number, please email us to receive a reference number for your order if you are concerned. Please choose option at Checkout.
- Delivery times
- Please remember to allow 7 working days + delivery time for your order, especially at busier times of the year such as Christmas, public holidays etc.
If ordering for a special occasion, please allow plenty of time when ordering!
- UK Delivery times
- If you are ordering to a UK address, your parcel should take approx. 1-2 working days to arrive
- Europe Delivery times
- Orders should take 4-8 working days to arrive.
- USA and Canada Delivery times
- Orders should take 7-10 working days to arrive.
- Australia, Japan and New Zealand Delivery times
- Orders should take 8-14 working days to arrive.

- Gift Vouchers
- If you choose to send a gift voucher via email PayPal will send the gift voucher together with redemption instructions to the recipient's email address.
If a recipient does not receive an emailed gift voucher (ie. because an email address is invalid or the recipient no longer has access), the purchaser can cancel the certificate within 60 days from the date of purchase and resend it.
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers that include an email address are non-transferable, can only be redeemed by the owner of that email address and have no cash value. Gift vouchers that are self-printed and do not specify an email address are transferable between individuals. Unused balances on gift vouchers are tracked by their Redemption Code for future redemptions.
The email addresses of gift voucher recipients will not be used by Marmalade Ho or PayPal for anything other than sending the gift voucher.
For security reasons PayPal requires gift voucher recipients to register for a PayPal account in order to claim their gift voucher. Signing up with PayPal is quick, simple and free.
Gift Vouchers do not have an expiry date.
- Returns and Exchanges
- All Marmalade Ho items are carefully checked before they leave us, and should reach the customer in perfect condition. In the event of any problem with an order, postage for returned garments is payable by the customer unless there is deemed to have been a fault on our behalf. DO NOT return goods without first contacting us but please make sure you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will only consider refunds on returned garments that have not been damaged, soiled or washed, and that reach us in the same condition as the customer received them. Postage and packaging is non refundable.

- Availability
- From time to time the garments available to us through our stockists are discontinued or temporarily unavailable beyond our control. In such cases we shall endeavour to find as close a match as possible and the customer may be contacted via email and offered a replacement garment.
